Pastor Prasad and Pastor Victor, along with yearly help from Ignite, hold regular conferences for village pastors. These conferences inspire and equip the pastors to more effectively minister in their churches and to their villages. On the second Monday and third Wednesday of each month, over 50 pastors meet in two different locations to pray for each other and for their gospel ministry. Most of the village pastors live by faith and receive no salary from their church, and many of them have had no formal theological training. This is why Gateway's pastors conferences and regular support are so important. Prasad works hard to build unity amongst the pastors.
